Every puzzle is built from the words of the Bible. Discover hidden words drawn from hundreds of scripture verses, each paired with its full reference.
Start as a Starter and progress through Apprentice, Expert, and Master—each level adds new directions and tougher puzzles.
Reveal letters with the hint button to guide you toward hidden words. Hints are limited per level—use them wisely.

The word list appears below the puzzle grid. Drag your finger across letters to select a word. Found words highlight on the grid and are marked off the list. Find all words to complete the puzzle!
Tap the Hint button to reveal a letter from a hidden word. The hint will highlight a letter in the word and keep pointing to that word until found. Remaining hints are shown next to the button.
Each completed puzzle earns 100 base points. Finish without hints for a PERFECT bonus of 10 points. Hints deduct points (5 at Starter/Apprentice, 10 at Expert/Master). Use fewer hints to maximize your score.
As you progress through levels, puzzles become more challenging with new word directions.
Starter (Levels 1–5): left-to-right/top-to-bottom.
Apprentice (6–20): diagonals added.
Expert (21–50): backwards horizontal.
Master (51+): any direction.

ScriptQuest displays advertisements using Google AdMob, including interstitial advertisements that may appear between game levels. ScriptQuest also uses Tenjin, a mobile attribution and analytics service, to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok.

ScriptQuest is intended for users aged 13 and older and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because third-party advertising and analytics services may process certain device information, parents or guardians who have privacy concerns may contact us using the information below.
ScriptQuest does not store personal user data because the app does not require accounts or logins. All information collected by our advertising and analytics providers is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS). Any data collected by these providers is governed by the security and privacy practices of those providers.
Because we do not maintain user accounts or a personal database, there is no profile for us to delete on our own systems. However, you have several options to request deletion of data that may have been collected by our third-party services:

ScriptQuest is a faith-based word search puzzle game featuring words derived from Scripture. The app is designed for entertainment, educational, and inspirational purposes. While every effort is made to present accurate scripture references, ScriptQuest is not intended to replace personal Bible study, theological instruction, or pastoral guidance.
You agree to use ScriptQuest only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended use. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, disrupt, or interfere with the app’s functionality or security features.
All content within ScriptQuest, including but not limited to design elements, graphics, game structure, branding, and original content, is the property of its owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Scripture text is used in accordance with the applicable Bible translation licensing requirements.
ScriptQuest includes scoring systems, skill levels, hints, and game progress tracking. While we strive to ensure accurate scoring and level progression, we do not guarantee that game data will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Resetting the game may result in the permanent loss of saved progress.
ScriptQuest may display third-party advertisements. These advertisements are provided by external partners and may be personalized based on device information or app usage. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers.
ScriptQuest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ScriptQuest.
